ScalesDraft ("we," "us," "our") is a custom software studio. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site or reach out to us, and how we use it. We keep this simple because we only collect what we need to respond to you.

Information we collect

When you submit a form on this site (the contact form or the intro-call popup), we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your business name, if you provide it

We do not collect this information passively — it is only submitted when you choose to fill out a form. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels on this site.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule a consult call
• Follow up about the services you asked about
• Keep an internal record of leads and conversations, so we don't lose track of you

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where your information is stored

Form submissions are stored in a Supabase database (a hosted PostgreSQL provider). Supabase acts as our data processor and maintains its own security and compliance standards. We do not share your data with any other third party beyond what's needed to operate this form.

Data retention

We retain lead information for as long as it's useful to our business relationship with you, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, to:

• Tell you what information we have about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information from our records

Cookies

This site does not set its own tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and scripts from a CDN (jsDelivr), which may set minimal technical cookies as part of normal web delivery — these are not used to track you across other sites.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business inquiries and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
